About GRFX GRID

GRFX GRID is a growing marketing and videography agency helping businesses build their brands through high quality video production, content creation, and marketing services. We're looking for an organised, proactive, and creative individual to join our team and help support both the administrative and production side of the business.

The Role

This is a varied role that combines administration, client communication, project coordination, and creative support. You'll help keep projects running smoothly, support client relationships, and assist with content creation both in the office and on location.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being organised, working with people, and has an interest in marketing, social media, photography, or videography.

Responsibilities:

Organising shoot schedules and managing the company calendar.
Confirming bookings and coordinating with clients.
Responding to emails, enquiries, and client communications.
Managing project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met.
Following up with clients regarding upcoming shoots and projects.
Maintaining organised records, contracts, and project files.
Assisting with invoicing and general business administration.

Creative & Production Support:

Attending shoots and capturing behind the scenes content.
Assisting with shoot preparation and equipment organisation.
Supporting with basic video editing and content management.
Organising footage and project assets after shoots.
Assisting with social media content creation and scheduling.
Helping coordinate marketing campaigns and content plans.

Additional Duties

Researching ideas, locations, and trends for upcoming projects.
Assisting with client onboarding and project setup.
Supporting business development and day to day agency operations.
Taking ownership of tasks and helping improve internal processes.

What We're Looking:

Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Professional and friendly approach when dealing with clients.
Confidence using email, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.

Desirable

Experience in administration, customer service, marketing, or a creative environment.
Basic knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
Interest in social media, content creation, and marketing.
Photography or videography experience.
Full UK driving licence.
