Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing outstanding service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that guests feel welcomed and valued while assisting with their dining needs.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations to enhance the dining experience through upselling techniques.
Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards, ensuring presentation meets our high-quality expectations.
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area.
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution to enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to provide informed recommendations to guests.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is advantageous.
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Experience in serving or culinary roles is beneficial, along with kitchen experience.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
