Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a House Renovation Specialist, where your expertise will transform living spaces into beautiful, functional homes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse renovation projects, utilizing your skills in carpentry, roofing, painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, electrical work, and fabrication. You’ll be instrumental in delivering high-quality craftsmanship that exceeds client expectations while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities

Execute a wide range of renovation tasks including carpentry, roofing repairs or installations, and construction painting to enhance the aesthetic and structural integrity of homes
Install and repair plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes
Perform masonry work such as bricklaying or concrete finishing to strengthen foundations and walls
Conduct welding and fabrication tasks for custom fixtures or structural modifications as needed
Handle electrical wiring and components safely for lighting, outlets, or appliance installations
Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete projects accurately and safely
Collaborate with team members to plan project timelines, troubleshoot issues promptly, and ensure quality control throughout each phase of renovation

Requirements

Proven experience in house renovation or related construction fields with a strong portfolio of completed projects
Proficiency in carpentry, roofing, construction painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, electrical work, fabrication, and the use of hand tools and power tools
Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building plans effectively
Knowledge of safety protocols and building codes relevant to residential renovation projects
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality standards
Physical stamina to perform demanding manual tasks over extended periods
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members
