Overview
We are seeking two qualified Dental Receptionists to join our friendly dental practice. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing patient appointments, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the smooth operation of the front desk. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment where organisational skills and a warm demeanour are highly valued. We require two experienced dental receptionists & this role is only suitable for individuals committed to delivering outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities

Greeting patients warmly and professionally upon arrival
Managing appointment scheduling and cancellations efficiently
Handling patient check-in and check-out processes with accuracy
Maintaining accurate patient records and updating information as needed
Answering phone calls, responding to enquiries, and directing calls appropriately
Processing payments in accordance with practice policies
Ensuring the reception area remains tidy, welcoming, and organised
Supporting the dental team with various administrative duties as required

Skills

Proven Dental Reception experience is essential
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in using dental practice management software and MS Office suite
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive patient information discreetly
Friendly demeanour with a professional attitude towards patients and colleagues
