Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Warehouse and Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role combines essential warehouse support with administrative responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations both on the warehouse floor and in the office. You will be a key player in managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and providing administrative support to keep our processes efficient and effective. Duties

Assist with receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming stock to ensure accuracy and proper storage
Process incoming purchase orders
Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging items securely and coordinating with carriers for timely delivery
Maintain accurate inventory records using Microsoft Office applications
Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence via phone and email with professional etiquette
Use computer skills to update databases, generate reports, and manage documentation within Google Workspace and Microsoft Office platforms
Coordinate internal communication between warehouse staff and office personnel to streamline operations
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse environment at all times

Experience

Prior office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven administrative experience with proficiency in document management
Familiarity with computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive), experience in accounting software (Xero) preferred
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a fast-paced setting
Experience in inventory management or warehouse support is required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
