Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic hospitality environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is desirable, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and drinks with professionalism and courtesy
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring quality standards are met
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
Handle payments accurately using the POS system and issue receipts
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health & safety procedures
Support barista duties if required, including preparing coffee and other beverages
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns to enhance their experience

Skills

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality environments is advantageous
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and shift patterns
Barista experience is a plus but not essential; training will be provided if necessary
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £8.00-£12.00 per hour
