(Beverage-Focused, with flexible FB support)

Bar Beverage Service — Your Main Focus

Prepare, pour and present drinks to spec
Mix simple cocktails confidently and consistently
Serve wine, spirits, beers and soft drinks with product knowledge
Keep the bar stocked, clean and beautifully presented
Maintain responsible alcohol service and follow licensing laws
Manage orders, tabs and payments accurately
Provide warm, engaging and attentive service to every guest

Food Service Support (When Needed)

Deliver food to tables with confidence and professionalism
Clear tables and maintain a clean dining environment
Assist the restaurant team during peak times

General Responsibilities

Uphold hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards
Maintain stock rotation and report low stock promptly
Work together with the FB team to deliver smooth, efficient service
