Company
Daesang UK is a newly opened branch belonging to Daesang Europe B.V., which is the European subsidiary of Daesang Corporation. Daesang Corp. is a leading food company located in South Korea, specialising in consumer food products. Daesang Europe has goals to penetrate food industry (retail, food service, B2B) in the UK, as well as across Europe. Daesang UK are currently on the search for a pro-active and detail oriented Administrative Assistant to join our London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised individual with prior admin experience to contribute to our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Overall support in administration matters in relation to the UK division, also working with international offices (European HQ in The Netherlands and internation HQ in South Korea) when required.

Financial administrative duties:

- Assist in month end processes.
- Assist with bookkeeping / reconciliation tasks.
- Assist with expenses - uploading and tracking.
- Assist with AP/AR for internal and external suppliers.
- Assist in company wide audits for UK division.
- Assist Sales Team with sales documentation including the generation of proforma invoices, purchase orders, and commercial invoices as required.
- Liaise with Finance Manager in the Netherlands for report preparation.

General administrative duties:

- Provide general administrative support to the team and management.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and other correspondences, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.- Maintain and update filing systems, databases and records in accordance with company procedures.- Prepare reports, documents, research and presentations as required.
- Order and look after office supplies, ensuring adequate stock of stationary, office supplies, etc.
- Assist with recruitment, including job posting, interview scheduling, etc.- Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and clients as needed.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality policies.

- 2 years proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong numerical skills with great attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and priortise effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Professional, friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
