About Demeter

Demeter Limited was formed in early 2008 and helps customers in the public and private sector to save water and save money. While we help customers save costs, we are also an environmental company. To date we have saved our clients millions of pounds from reducing their water use with environmental and carbon impact benefits. We work on a nationwide basis with a wide range of well-known customers.

In addition to our core service of monitoring water consumption remotely, we provide a range of services to customers; water efficiency surveys, bill validation, leak detection and repairs.

We are small, friendly, busy company, with 26 employees. We are looking for a conscientious, enthusiastic, organised and independent-thinking person to help in the further development and growth of the company.

Job Overview
We are looking for an Project Manager to join our growing team, to manage the delivery of our site-based services and contribute to the ongoing success of Demeter Limited.

The job location is based from our head office with the requirement to spend time with customers across the UK, helping them to reduce their water usage and losses. 44 hours a week with initial 22.5 annual days holiday plus Bank Holidays, rising to 25 days.

Site surveys, leak detection and repair and maintenance work, your key tasks will be overseeing site works across the country. We work with customers to identify and resolve excessive water use and costs. Managing multiple small projects at one time. Previous experience in this area is beneficial.
You will be assisting customers, identifying losses, investigating on site and arranging repairs and remedial works.
Excellent verbal, analytical and written communication skills are essential as well as the ability to manage and liaise with our contractor supply chain and our dedicated excellent office and field team. The ability to understand and interpret utility usage data displayed by our customer portal is a key requirement.
