Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service in a lively hospitality environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food and beverage service, with a keen eye for detail and a friendly demeanour. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right applicant. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills within the hospitality industry while working in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and efficiently upon arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere
Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs and resolving any issues promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
Support baristas with drink preparation when required, ensuring quality standards are met
Uphold health and safety regulations at all times, including proper food handling procedures
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods

Qualifications

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
Knowledge of food safety standards is desirable
Experience in restaurant service or barista roles is advantageous
Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional manner
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy shifts
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends if required
A proactive attitude with excellent organisational skills
Personable nature with a genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding guest experiences

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
