Site Manager

London and South East

Tetra Clad Ltd are an experienced specialist rainscreen cladding contractor and are looking for a Site Manager. You will be managing various projects, mainly in the London area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and innovative company that values professional growth and development.

The Site Manager role holds a critical position within our team. Working with internal colleagues and reporting to the Contracts Manager. Ensuring each project is completed to a high standard.

Responsibilities include the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring efficient operations, profitability, and compliance with all contract conditions, Health and Safety, Quality Assurance. Responsible for ensuring high quality work and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage your assigned sites.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service.
Ensure quality control and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues that may impact deadlines or budgets.
Participate in project planning, resource allocation, materials ordering and risk management activities.

Key Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience with Rainscreen Cladding.
Strong communication, administration and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
SMSTS and CSCS.
Good Problem solving Skills.
Minimum NVQ level 4 in Site Management.
Excellent leadership qualities.
Knowledge of building regulations.
Strong contractual understanding.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Projects and Project Management Systems such as Procore is desirable.
