Full job description

Infinity Contracting Ltd is a growing property maintenance and building services company working across the North West. We specialise in responsive maintenance, damp & mould remediation, and refurbishment works for housing providers, landlords, and commercial clients.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the business and assist our operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Managing incoming calls, emails, and enquiries
Scheduling jobs and coordinating engineers / trades teams
Preparing quotes, invoices, and job documentation
Maintaining job records and updating internal systems
Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers
Assisting with compliance documents and subcontractor onboarding
Supporting management with general administrative tasks
Organising digital files, reports, and project information

Requirements

Strong organisational and communication skills
Previous experience in administration or office support
Confident using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
Professional phone manner
Experience in construction, property maintenance, or facilities management is beneficial but not essential
