Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Experience Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to engage with guests, ensure their satisfaction, and contribute to a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, hospitality experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest services. This position is paid and perfect for individuals eager to develop their career within the hospitality industry.

Duties

Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
Manage reservations and optimise seating arrangements to maximise guest experience
Provide attentive and personalised guest services throughout their visit
Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
Support management in training new staff members and overseeing daily tasks
Assist in event organisation and promotional activities as needed

Skills

Proven management experience within a hospitality or customer service environment
Strong knowledge of guest services principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanour
Ability to remain calm under pressure whilst managing multiple tasks
Organised with keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
