Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of our establishment, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is highly desirable, and a passion for food and drink service is essential. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic setting, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience from arrival to departure.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently
Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
Assist with food preparation and presentation as required
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and procedures
Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly
Support baristas during busy periods, including preparing drinks and maintaining stock levels
Assist in setting up event spaces or private functions when needed
Uphold high standards of hospitality at all times to enhance guest satisfaction

Skills

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality environments is preferred
Knowledge of food preparation, food safety standards, and restaurant operations
Barista experience is advantageous but not essential
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable manner
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy setting
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
A proactive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
