Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Private Clinic Manager, where you will lead the daily operations of a busy healthcare facility dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee clinical and administrative functions, ensure smooth workflow, and foster a welcoming environment for both staff and patients. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of service, managing financial performance, and supporting a motivated team committed to health and wellness.

Duties

Supervise clinical staff, administrative personnel, and support teams to ensure efficient clinic operations
Oversee financial management tasks including budgeting, billing processes, and expense control
Manage human resources functions such as recruitment, staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and training
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and clinic policies
Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and medical record management with attention to detail
Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency
Handle vendor relationships, procurement of supplies, and maintenance of medical equipment

Skills

Proven supervising experience in a healthcare setting with strong leadership capabilities
Solid management skills with the ability to oversee multiple departments simultaneously
Expertise in financial management including budgeting, billing systems, and cost control strategies
Knowledge of human resources practices such as hiring, training, performance management, and conflict resolution
familiarity with medical procedures is highly desirable for understanding clinical workflows
